Scorecard

South Woodford B v Fives and Heronians Cricket Club Indoor league Under 11 'B' on Fri 16 Dec 2011 at 6.15pm
Fives and Heronians Cricket Club Lost by 11 runs

Match report Opening the bowling, we had Harry Allen and Captain George Neale. From these ‎four succesfull overs bowled by Harry and George, Harry bowled ‎exceptionaly well taking two important wickets to claim the wickets of both openers. Following this, we had some great bowling ‎from Nathan Moscow, Nyle and Adam Khawaja. However, despite our best efforts the opposing batsman batted well and posted a very high ‎total, scoring 138 in their 12 overs.

Harry and Nathan made a spirited start in reply, but after losing both Harry and ‎Nathan, Shaan Ullah came in with George and Shaan scored a staggering 41 runs ‎while George played some brilliant shots to support Shaan. Nyle and Adam ‎followed and also batted well. Unfortunately we failed to achieve 137 but ‎found ourselves only ten runs short scoring 127. Wow what an exciting finish to get that close to parity. Although Fives lost the game what a brilliant team effort and ‎everyone contributed.

MAN-OF-THE-MATCH goes to Shaan Ullah for his great wicket keeping and brilliant ‎‎41 runs which he scored, congratulations to Shaan.
