FIVES AND HERONIANS CRICKET CLUB CONDITIONS OF HIRE
The booking will only be accepted following the payment of a £250 deposit.
The cost of hire is as follows:
Evening party (Including bar staff and cleaning) £125
Evening party (Including either cleaning or bar staff) £100
Evening party (No bar or cleaning) £70
The person hiring the hall must be club member - Non-playing membership to the club is £25.
Evening parties must end by 12.00pm at the latest. No music is permitted after 12.00.
All applications for hire are at the absolute discretion of the Management Committee.
The hirer shall be liable for the costs of any damage to or breakages of club property.
18th Birthday parties are only accepted at the discretion of the Committee.
The hirer is not permitted to supply any of their own drinks without prior permission
The maximum number of attendees is 100
The hall may be decorated but no drawing pins or sticky tape to be used on the walls.
A key may be obtained to gain entrance to decorate the pavilion prior to the event on payment of a £25 deposit. This will be forfeited if the key is not returned.
