Match report Fives and Heronians SNEL division one match at Hadleigh & Thundersley was abandoned without a ball bowled shortly before the scheduled start of play due to heavy and continuous rain.

Both sides collect 6 points each for the abandonment and with all division one games also wiped out due to the weather the table remains the same with Fives still halfway up the table in 5th on 119 points, 47 points away from the promotion places and 38 points clear of the relegation zone with seven matches remaining in the season.

Next weekend sees Fives play two crucial matches - Saturday at home to top of the table and local rivals Buckhurst Hill in The SNEL and then on Sunday at 2pm the Dukes Essex T20 quarter-final also at The Paddock vs another local side and defending champions South Woodford.
