Match report Fives and Heronians miserable season came to a typical end with another inept batting display against already relegated Harold Wood in SNEL division one.

Having restricted the hosts to 187 all out from 44.5 overs after gifting Wood 33 wides and 41 extras in total, Fives collapsed to a palpable 87-9 before a rollicking last wicket partnership of 57 between captain for the day Ben Britton (37 not out) and last man Ryan Cunningham (a seasons best 32 off 19 balls) delayed the inevitable defeat.

The Paddock side finished the season in a lowly 8th place, just one position above the relegation zone.
