Match report The first match of 2012 for the U15 was between the only two teams who had not lost so far in the ‎compettion - Fives and Ilford. Ilford won the toss and elected to bat. Fives bowled well for the first few ‎overs keeping Ilford at bay, however Ilford batted exceptionally well scoring both both boundaries as well ‎as running well and upped their run-rate. Ilford ended up on 108 which Fives thought was a par score.‎

Fives, forced to change their openers as Rahul sustained an injury whilst fielding, started well keeping up ‎with the run rate. With the loss of Kishen Ilford's bowlers continued to bowl a good line and length and with ‎runs harder to comeby wickets kept falling. Will Samuel batted well for his 25 before being retired. Fives ‎couldn't find the final push they were looking for and ended up with 89 of their 12 overs.‎

A hard fought match that was in the balance until the last few overs of the game.‎
