Match report Our next opponents were the Asians of Lords Cricket Club Vienna. Fives won the toss again and batted first. The innings started o.k. 18-0 off 2 overs before Ballard ran out Apps.
We then struggled a little when one of the Umpires bizarrely gave Knapman out LBW (The ball hitting him above his waist) and then Chalky LBW off the middle of his bat. The Umpire turned out to be a very nice chap but knew very little about LBW's. We were struggling a bit on 47-3 off 6 overs, Ballard retired and returned when Doigy ran himself out. Britton hit 2 big 6's before overbalancing and getting stumped on 24. (See u tube) Ballard finished on 33 N/out and F & H ended on 106 All out.

The Lords Innings started steadily 45-1 off 5 when Chalky bowled a superb couple of balls Ben taking a sharp caught behind and an even sharper stumping. In the 7th over (69-3) one of the Lords Batsmen tripped over his own feet and was run out. Unfortunately for him he was taken to hospital where they discovered he had been shot by a sniper from the gallery. Seriously he had suffered a badly sprained ankle. Doigy finished them off in the 8th and they were all out for 80. F & H winning by 26 runs.
