Match report Fives went into this match looking for their first victory of the campaign, alas it was not to be. Wanstead won the toss and elected to bat. Tejan taking the first wicket in the sixth over - caught Henry - with the Wanstead score at 43. The next over saw their second wicket fall, caught and bowled Ashish. Malveer struck next in the ninth over - caught David - with the score on 67. Tejan took two wickets in the next over - a catch from Michael and a run out from Henry. With last man standing Wanstead saw out the innings leaving Fives requiring 98 to win. Michael and Ashish opened and looked confident against some good Wanstead bowling. Michael fell first to a decent catch in the third over for 10. Henry came in next but was promptly bowled out in the fourth over without getting off the mark. Malveer came next scoring 3 before exiting after being stumped in the sixth over. With our score standing at 37 with six overs remaining David was next in, scoring 4 before being run out.Tejan was last in being bowled out for 3. Ashish batted on scoring a standout 28 runs before being caught in the last over. Fives finished with a total of 65.
