Match report A really good win with fantastic team performance to match!

Lost the toss (again) and asked to bat first - got off to a flyer via Nick Rotsey and Neil Brathwaite with Phil Apps playing the anchor role again! A flurry of wickets in the middle order meant we had to consolidate but fantastic innings from Oram and Beckett (who looked class!) saw us to a total od 235 although we should have got 280-ish on the back of our start!

Special mention to Porky for his 55 (should have had 100), Phil for his fine 45 and to Russell Beckett for saving our skins with a fantastic 62n.o. Also to Kiethy for supporting Russ all the way!

Bowling and fielding was really average up until the start of the last hour but an inspired bowling change and indeed 2 inspired bowling spells from Rehan and Reggie (bowling off spin) saw the wickets keep tumbling literally as 8 out of the 10 wickets were bowled!

We were left with 3 overs to get the last wicket wich fell on the 3rd ball of the final over (credit goes to Braths for talking the batsman out) when their "best Batter" drilled the ball straight to the skipper at extra cover!
