Match report H&T won the toss and elected to field. Although the wicket looked dry and hard, the rain during the week meant that we were batting on a pudding. After 26 overs we were 63 for 1 as a result of some excellent fielding and tight bowling. The bowlers remained on top as we struggled to 116 for 5 off 38 overs. An important stand of 40 between Graham Sibley and James Mc Kay ensued and took the score on to 155 for 6 off 47 overs. The last 5 overs generated an important 46 runs as H&T struggled to control James. 201 for 8 was a fine performance

H&T in reply struggled against fine bowling. The wickets were shared around as we bowled out H&T for 115 with over 10 overs of the last hour remaining. Well done lads
