Match report A really good performance with just 10 men to win against one of the better teams in the league!

2 dropouts on Saturday morning meant the Skipper was delayed getting to the ground trying to find 2 players! We lost the toss and were inserted by the opposition and batted soundly to reach 225 with the main contribution coming from Zain with a classy 88. He was supported ably by Jacko and Benny Dip both of whom got 30.

We then bowled and fielded well in patches to keep the opposition in check! Jamie got a huge monkey off of his back by claiming his 1st league wicket and a really good run out saw us peg the oppo back after a flying start. We were then always in the game with honours even until drinks! The re-introduction of Jamie Porter in the last 10 overs was the turning point! He bowled a fantastic second spell and finished with 5 for 39, plus courtesy of 3 run outs we were able to leave Colchester high and dry by 17 runs!

An Awsome team and momentum building win! WELL DONE GUYS!
