Match report We won the toss and elected to field first on a slightly damp wicket and managed to back this up with some really good bowling and fielding despite a slight rain interuption to restrict Loughton to 178 - 7 from their 52 overs.

A fantastic spell of bowling from Amrit must get a special mention, finishing with 2 for 12 from 14 overs, with an astounding 8 maidens!

A solid batting display enabled us to chase down the total professionally with all 5 batsmen getting a score! A special mention again to Gary Norris, our resident finisher and to Hammad who finally looked the part opening the batting for the 2's.

A good win and a valuable 18 points which helps us to close the gap at the top to 7 points!
