Match report We turned up at the Peter May Centre with the groundsman still marking out the wicket which resembled more of a football pitch than something you could play cricket on. We won the toss and bowled. With only ten player we did well to restrict the opposition to 233 - 9. Roger Brathwaite 2 - 35 off 12 was the pick of the bowlers. After tea the breeze picked up, it became cloudy and the wicket started keeping low. A number of bowled with the ball keeping low, LBW's and first ball ducks meant we were bowled out for 143. Simran Rathor 58, Steve Adcock 19 and Roger Brathwaite 18 were the main run scorers. A good team effort overall but due to lack of availability we were not strong enough on the day.
