Match report Episode 4 of the league started on a positive note by me finally wining the toss on a wicket that looked to dry out. Another great opening spell tied them Old Brentwoods down with Aqueel pulling a Hammad and going 16 over straight holding one end down very well. After some questionable umpiring decisions and a few flare ups Old Brentwoods finished with 245 of their 50 which led fives chasing a similar score to last week.

Thankfully the early wicket of Joe was offset by the bowler then having the oppos skipper who got him out have to go off injured due to a gammy leg. After this reprieve and a silly Hamza run out Tanzeel, Charles and Simran saw off yet more tantrums fom the oppo and used the willow to their talking each scoring over 50 to see off another fives win. So the undefeated streak continues and its great to see the team really starting to back each other now. LLTB! (LLTB=Long Live The Beard)
