Match report The day started farcical, with only 10 players being declared on the team sheet, however 12 turned up to play.
Chris Rotsey, took the decision to stand down, very honourable of Chris.

Five’s won the toss and put the opposition into bat, it was a good start in the field by Fives with the ball, with Roger Braithwaite taking 4-53. I must also mention Rohan, who took two very smart catches being the stumps, which typified the team’s performance in the field early on.
Things rather slipped in the final 10 overs, with Wanstead ending up scoring 30 runs too many, ending on 217 for 7.
In Reply Fives had a disastrous start to their innings, at one stage being 50 for five, Roger, held the innings together scoring a very good 60, Saeed Sadiq also scored a very good 40, in the end Fives fell 15 runs short of victory target.

With the batting line up we had out, we really should have won the game
