Match report Not the greatest start to a game where you win the toss and elect to field! Fielding with 9 for the first 40mins and with 10 for the until about 26 overs (thanks to Kula for the last minute appearance!) we actually made a promising start with some tight bowling from Roger and Chris Campbell. H&T almost took the game away form us with some lusty blows but solid spells from Rob Allum and Adita stopped the flow of runs and produced frustration for the batting side. Keeping a side below 200 at Old Chigs is always positive.
The run chase didn't start too well, losing Kula and H early on. Enter JK and Ben at 30-2, both played chanceless innings. JK registered his first ever 100 at any level and with some fine shots, sensible running, you could see these two had batted together before, not at 3 and 4 though! Good result that sees us move in to mid table, if we improve our fielding we can be right up there this season lads.
